Back To You makes a perfect companion piece for the first single, showcasing a suave but vulnerable pop sensibility and highly accomplished song writing. Jacob has built a huge following in his native Denmark, and it’s not hard to see why. His voice and lyrics manage to disarm and provoke at the same time – a skill he has mastered and seems set to achieve a vast new audience for with his third album. Back To You features a suitably pristine production from renowned producer and DJ Kasper Bjørke, which can be fully appreciated via the instrumental version included with this release.
